Humbang Nangka
Humbang Nangka or Braised Jackfruit is one of the handful food prep and preservation delicacy in Jagna, Bohol.
You can find this tasty food in the public market by the old folks on the right wing entrance near the stairs early in the morning around 5-6 am (be sure to be there otherwise you won’t be able to grab a plate of the tasty dish).
The old folk’s family were said to be the original and veteran cook of “Humbang Nangka” in the municipality til todate.
